One of the first post-rock band in France not coming from the noise scene in 1995-1996, *Phlegm*’s name spread very fast after their first surprising live shows. *Eric Aldea* (from the post-noise band *Bästard*) met Phlegm when they were supporting Bästard in Dijon and helped them recording these 3 long tracks. This is Phlegm’s only recording.
